  • Full arrangement, covering keyboards, guitars, bass, drums, percussion, synthesizers, and sound effects.

  • Complimentary recording of electric/acoustic guitars.

  • Three free revisions.

Additional Services:

  • If the project exceeds four minutes, any additional time will incur a charge of $45 per minute.

  • Guide vocal recording: $30 per track.

  • Sheet music preparation: $30 per track.

  • Additional instrument recordings: Pricing will be discussed with the producer.

Four-Part Strings Arrangement

  • Four-part strings composition and arrangement for the song

  • Professional VST string instruments

  • Sheet music preparation

Additional services:

  • Live string recording: $35 per musician + $100 per studio hour

    • Song Melody:
      Provide a recording or sheet music of the main melody. Please ensure accuracy in rhythm and pitch.

    • Overview and Concept:
      Include, but are not limited to, the overall creative direction, style, emotional tone, and the desired atmosphere for the arrangement.

    • Reference tracks or Samples:
      Please provide 2-3 reference tracks to clarify expectations regarding arrangement style, instrumentation, groove, harmony, and other relevant aspects.

    • Audio Materials and Existing Recordings (if applicable):
      If the project already includes recorded tracks (such as vocals or instrumental performances), please provide them in WAV or other audio formats for reference or use.

    • Sheet Music or Harmony (if applicable):
      If the project already includes sheet music or chord progressions, please provide detailed files in PDF or MusicXML format.

    • Lyrics (if applicable):
      If the project includes lyrics, please provide the finalized text or a reference document. This will enable the arranger to align the composition more precisely with the emotion, rhythm, and structure of the lyrics, enhancing the integration of the arrangement with the lyrics.

    • Additional Materials (if applicable):
      Please provide any supplementary documents or reference materials that may help the arranger better understand the project and its requirements. This information will help ensure that the arrangement aligns accurately with the project’s goals, technical specifications, and overall expectations.

    • Free Revisions:
      Each project includes up to three free revisions. Starting from the fourth revision (Rev 4), an additional fee of $50 will be charged per revision.

    • Audio Delivery Format:
      The final audio files will be delivered as 48kHz/24bit WAV format stems for mixing and a rough mix for referencing. If other formats are required, please specify before the production process begins.

    • Delivery Time:
      The initial arrangement (Rev 0) is expected to be delivered within three weeks.

    • Payment Terms:
      A 50% deposit of the total fee is required before the project begins. The remaining balance, along with any additional costs, must be settled prior to the final delivery of the completed work.

    • Refund Policy:
      If a refund is requested, or if the project is terminated for any reason, a formal refund request must be submitted via email or directly to the producer before the delivery of the third version (Rev 3). The deposit and any additional fees are non-refundable. Once the third version (Rev 3) is delivered, the project will be considered complete, and no further refund requests will be accepted.
