SCREEN SCORING

Project Footage:
Provide the final or temporary footage of the project.

Overview and Concept:
Include, but are not limited to, the overall creative direction, style, background story, emotional tone, and the desired atmosphere for the score.

Reference Music or Samples:
Provide 2-3 reference tracks to clarify expectations regarding the style, instrumentation, rhythm, harmony, and other musical aspects.

Temporary Music or Existing Recordings (if applicable):
If the project already includes recorded tracks or temporary music, please provide the materials in WAV or other audio formats for use or reference.

Sheet Music or Musical Materials (if applicable):
If the project already has sheet music or other musical materials, please provide detailed files in PDF or MusicXML format.

Lyrics or Dialogue (if applicable):
If the project involves lyrics or dialogue, please provide complete or partial reference texts. This information will help the composer accurately capture the emotion, rhythm, and structure, ensuring the music aligns with the content’s intended meaning and expression.

Interactive Music (if applicable):
If the project involves interactive music (such as in games or interactive media), please provide specific music design requirements, including but not limited to stingers, layers, looped audios, transitions, etc.. Alternatively, discuss these details with the producer.

Additional Materials (if applicable):
Please provide any supplementary documents or reference materials that may help the composer better understand the project and its requirements. This information will ensure that the music aligns accurately with the project’s goals, technical specifications, and overall expectations.

Free Revisions:
Each project includes up to three free revisions. Starting from the fourth revision (Rev 4), an additional fee of $30 will be charged per revision.

Audio Delivery Format:
The final audio files will be delivered in 48kHz/24bit WAV format with stems for mixing. If other formats are required, please specify before the arrangement process begins.

Delivery Time:
The specific delivery timeline will be determined based on the length, complexity, and requirements of the project.

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit of the total fee is required before the project begins. The remaining balance, along with any additional costs, must be settled prior to the final delivery of the completed work.

Refund Policy:
If a refund is requested, or if the project is terminated for any reason, a formal refund request must be submitted via email or directly to the producer before the delivery of the third version (Rev 3). The deposit and any additional fees are non-refundable. Once the third version (Rev 3) is delivered, the project will be considered complete, and no further refund requests will be accepted.
