    • Complete tracks:
      Please ensure all materials are fully aligned, and remember to bypass all processing on the master bus before exporting. 

      Please minimize or separately export any time-based effects processing to give us more flexibility while building the mix.

      (Track replacement after the project starts is an additional service.)

    • Producer’s Rough Mix:
      If possible, please provide the producer’s rough mix for the mix engineer’s reference only.

    • Reference Tracks (if applicable):
      You may provide 1 to 3 released tracks in a similar style for our reference.

    • Additional Materials (if applicable):
      Please provide any supplementary files or references (such as lyrics) that may assist the mixing engineer in understanding the project and its requirements. This information will help ensure the mix and related work align precisely with the project’s goals, technical specifications, and overall vision.

    • Free Revisions:
      Each project includes up to three free revisions. Starting from the fourth revision (Rev 4), a fee of $30 will be applied per revision.

    • Audio Delivery Format:
      48kHz 24bit WAV: For streaming distribution
      44.1kHz 16bit WAV: For physical album CD production
      320kbps MP3: For reference/audition purposes

    • Delivery Time:
      Initial Mix (Rev 0): Delivered within 1 week
      Revisions: Turnaround time is within 3 days

    • Payment Terms:
      A 50% deposit of the total fee is required before the project begins. The remaining balance, along with any additional costs, must be settled prior to the final delivery of the completed work.

    • Refund Policy:
      If a refund is requested, or if the project is terminated for any reason, a formal refund request must be submitted via email or directly to the producer before the final product (Rev 3) is delivered. The deposit and any additional fees are non-refundable. Once the final product (Rev 3) has been delivered, the project will be considered complete, and no further refund requests will be accepted.
